• The product must not be damaged or altered after delivery
• Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Stitched, customized, or altered outfits
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Products purchased on sale or clearance

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another available product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return courier charges when sending items back for return or exchange.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Take a clear photo of the item, especially if there is any defect.
2. Email us at info.gulriwaaj@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange.
4. Our support team will provide the return address and further instructions.
5. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it through any reliable courier service or registered post.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable. In case of return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank, it may take 2–4 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.
