Return & Exchange Policy for Order Page

1. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
2. Refunds or exchanges are available for eligible items; however, products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Customers are required to send the returned item through a reliable courier service at their own expense.
4. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. In case of a refund, delivery charges along with a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount.
6. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
